Bhagavatapurana 1.10.24

1.10.24

sa vā ayaṃ sakhyanugītasatkatho vedeṣu guhyeṣu ca guhyavādibhiḥ /
ya eka īśo jagadātmalīlayā sṛjatyavatyatti na tatra sajjate //

24. My friend, this Kṛishṇa is, indeed, that Supreme Lord, whose sacred stories are repeatedly sung in the Vedas and in the holy works containing secret truths and by those who know and can tell us of them, (who are versed in the enquiries of Upanishads).

He is the one Lord who in His sportful ways creates, maintains, and devours this world, (and) has no attachment to it.
