1.10.26

aho alaṃ ślāghyatamaṃ yadoḥ kulam aho alaṃ puṇyatamaṃ madhorvanam /
yadeṣa puṃsām ṛṣabhaḥ śriyaḥ patiḥ svajanmanā caṅkramaṇena cāñcati //

26. How blessed and praiseworthy is the race of Yadu, how highly consecrated is the forest of Madhu (namely the city of Mathura) which this Purushottama, Lord of Lakshmi, has graced by His Avatara (personal appearance) and by His Lilas!
