jane 'nāgasyaghaṃ yuñjan sarvato 'sya ca madbhayam /
sādhūnāṃ bhadram eva syādasādhudamane kṛte //

14. He who does harm to innocent people, has fear from me on all sides, (and) when punishment is inflicted upon the wicked, certainly the result must be security to the righteous.
