abhyarthitastadā tasmai sthānāni kalaye dadau /
dyūtaṃ pānaṃ striyaḥ sūnā yatrādharmaścaturvidhaḥ //
38. Suta said, “Being thus petitioned, the king then appointed (the following) places for Kali—*viz.* dice, wine, women and shambles, where the four-fold unrighteousness thrives.
