brahmakopotthitādyastu takṣakāt prāṇaviplavāt /
na sammumohorubhayādbhagavatyarpitāśayaḥ //

2. He who, having given his mind and heart to the Almighty Lord, was not confounded by the great peril to his life at the hands of Takshaka who was prompted by the Brahmin's rage;
