evaṃ ca janmāni karmāṇi hyakarturajanasya ca /
varṇayanti sma kavayo vedaguhyāni hṛtpateḥ //

35. * Thus, (as in the case of Jiva,) the wise describe (these) secrets told in the Vedas regarding the Lord of the heart (Antaryamin). The action of Him who does nothing, and the birth of Him who is the unborn.—
