manye tvāṃ kālam īśānam anādinidhanaṃ vibhum /
samaṃ carantaṃ sarvatra bhūtānāṃ yan mithaḥ kaliḥ //

28. I believe that Thou art the Kala and the ruler of all (Brahma, Rudra etc.), the one without beginning or end, the most powerful Lord moving alike everywhere; for, strife is only between the Bhutas (or elements.)
