kathito vaṃśa-vistāro bhavatā soma-sūryayoḥ /
rājñāṃ cobhaya-vaṃśyānāṃ caritaṃ paramādbhutam //

1. The King said:— Pleased thou hast been to narrate a (detailed) account of the Lunar and Solar dynasties in their full extent and the highly wonderful histories of the kings of both;
