ādiṣṭā prabhuṇāṃśena kāryārthe sambhaviṣyati //
25. "Vishnu's consort, the most powerful Durga, by whom the Universe is deluded, will, under His orders, take her birth (make her appearance) by an Amsa with the purpose of carrying out His will".
