10.16.41

kālāya kāla-nābhāya kālāvayava-sākṣiṇe /
viśvāya tad-upadraṣṭre tat-kartre viśva-hetave //

41. Salutation to Thee that art Time, the support of Time, the witness of the divisions of Time, that art in the form of everything,

that seest and makest everything and in short, that art the cause of all.
