10.40.15

tvayy avyayātman puruṣe prakalpitā lokāḥ sa-pālā bahu-jīva-saṅkulāḥ /
yathā jale sañjihate jalaukaso 'py udumbare vā maśakā mano-maye //

15. O immutable One! On Thee, the perfect Self and director of the mind are projected these worlds with their protectors, crowded with innumerable Jīvas like aquatic animals living and moving about in water or insects abiding in the fruits of the fig tree.
