ūcuḥ paurā aho gopyas tapaḥ kim acaran mahat /
yā hy etāv anupaśyanti nara-loka-mahotsavau //
31. The (citizens) ladies of the city, observed to one another, ‘O what great Tapas those gopies have performed who indeed at every moment kept in view these two, the delight of the human world!’
