suhṛdo jñātayo 'śocan bilāt kṛṣṇam anirgatam //
34. When they heard of the news, Devaki, Queen Rukmini and Vasudeva, His friends, well-wishers and relations felt very sorry for the non-return of Krishna from the cave.
