sarvasyāntar-bahiḥ-sākṣī kṛtyāṃ māheśvarīṃ vibhuḥ /
vijñāya tad-vighātārthaṃ pārśva-sthaṃ cakram ādiśat //

38. The witness of all, inside and outside, He knew it to be the force of Maheswara and to put it down, he orderd Chakra that lay by His side.
