uvāca sukham āsīnān bhagavān dharma-gup-tanuḥ /
sadasas tasya mahato yata-vāco 'nuśṛṇvataḥ //
8. When they were comfortably seated, the Almighty Lord, who in a personal form was in the world for the protection of Dharma, spoke to them while the large assembly (concourse) was silently listening.
