kiṃ kṛtaṃ manda-bhāgyair naḥ kiṃ vadiṣyanti no janāḥ /
iti vihvalitā gehān ādāya muṣalaṃ yayuḥ //

18. Ah! what folly have we committed-we unlucky fellows! What would people say of us? Thus perplexed they went home with the pestle.
