putrā hiraṇyagarbhasya mānasāḥ sanakādayaḥ /
papracchuḥ pitaraṃ sūkṣmāṃ yogasyaikāntikīm gatim //

16. The Lord said:—Sanaka and others, the sons of Brahma, born of his mind, requested their father to tell them of the subtle and one unfailing course of yoga (the highest goal of yoga).
