hṛdy avicchinam oṃkāraṃ ghaṇṭā-nādaṃ bisorṇa-vat /
prāṇenodīrya tatrātha punaḥ saṃveśayet svaram //

34. And there he should by Prana push upwards the sacred sound which is uninterrupted like a lotus fibre, through the heart and make it ring like a bell and again add to it the nasal vowel.
