Bhagavatapurana 11.22.61

11.22.61

viduṣām api viśvātman prakṛtir hi balīyasī /
ṛte tvad-dharma-niratān śāntāṃs te caraṇālayān //

60. O Lord of the Universe, Antaryāmin of all, Prakṛiti is indeed too powerful even for men of knowledge, except for those that are constant in following the duties taught by Thee and having sought shelter under Thy feet are possessed of tranquility.
