tato duḥsaṅgam utsṛjya satsu sajjeta buddhimān /
santa evāsya chindanti mano-vyāsaṅgam uktibhiḥ //
26. Therefore the prudent man should avoid bad associations and associate himself with the righteous and wise, for these (would) by their precepts cut off the wrong attachments of his mind.
