sāyantanaṃ śvastanaṃ vā na saṅgṛhṇīta bhikṣukaḥ /
makṣikā iva saṅgṛhṇan saha tena vinaśyati //
12. In taking alms he should not accept it in order to lay by for the evening or for the morrow: if he does so, he perishes like bees, together with the store.
