12.2.12

kṣīyamāṇeṣu deheṣu dehināṃ kali-doṣataḥ /
varṇāśramavatāṃ dharme naṣṭe veda-pathe nṛṇām //

12. When through the sinfulness (of Kali) embodied beings become reduced in stature (to pigmies), when the Dharma of the Vedic path to be observed by Varnas and by men of different Asramas is lost;
