evaṃ prajābhir duṣṭābhir ākīrṇe kṣiti-maṇḍale //
7. Skill consists in supporting one's own family; endeavour after reputation is the performance of righteous duties, when the surface of the earth is thus everywhere occupied by wicked subjects.
