yadā karmasu kāmyeṣu bhaktir yaśasi dehinām /
tadā tretā rajo-vṛttir iti jānīhi buddhiman //

28. When persons evince great devotion to Dharma, Artha and Kama, understand that to be the Tretayuga; then Rajas is active O intelligent one.
