brahmā bhṛgur bhavo dakṣo brahma-putrāś ca ye 'pare /
nṛ-deva-pitṛ-bhūtāni tenāsann ati-vismitāḥ //

12. At this were very astonished Brahma, Bhrigu, Siva, Daksha, and other sons of Brahma; as also men, the gods, Pitris and other great Bhutas (spirits).
