nanṛtus tasya purataḥ striyo 'tho gāyakā jaguḥ /
mṛdaṅga-vīṇā-paṇavair vādyaṃ cakrur mano-ramam //

24. Then in front of him the damsels danced and musicians sang and charmingly played on Mridanga (tabor), Veena (lute), and Panava (a small drum).
