2.2.15

sthiraṃ sukhaṃ cāsanam āsthito yatir yadā jihāsurimam aṅga lokam /
kāle ca deśe ca mano na sajjayet prāṇān niyacchen manasā jitāsuḥ //

15. O beloved king! the person who feels complete renunciation and wishes to cast off this body should adopt a steady and comfortable seat and posture, should not allow his attention *to be concerned with* the time and the place he might *be in and* should (first) control his breaths and restrain the senses through the mind.
