parānvayādrasasparśa śabdarūpaguṇānvitaḥ //

29. Out of water undergoing modification was produced Prithivi (Earth), which is called Visesha endowed with the special attribute of Smell; and through the inhering causes, it has also the attributes of Taste and Touch, Sound and Colour.
