idaṃ bhāgavataṃ nāma yan me bhagavatoditam /
saṅgraho 'yaṃ vibhūtīnāṃ tvam etadvipulī kuru //
51. This Bhagavata which was taught to me by the Lord is a compendious description of the Lord's Glories. Do thou expand it (in the world).
