pratyādiṣṭaṃ mayā tatra tvayi karmavimohite /
tapo me hṛdayaṃ sākṣādātmāhaṃ tapaso 'nagha //

22. Then, as thou wast at a loss to proceed, that (word) was uttered by Myself; Tapas is my heart and directly I am the soul of Tapas (I am essentially Tapas itself).
