Bhagavatapurana 3.20.27

3.20.27

tvam ekaḥ kila lokānāṃ kliṣṭānāṃ kleśa-nāśanaḥ /
tvam ekaḥ kleśadas teṣām anāsanna-padāṃ tava //

27. Thou art indeed the only One capable of removing all the afflictions of the distressed, and Thou art the only One able to send affliction to those that do not resort to Thy feet (for shelter.)
