etāvān eva loke 'smin puṃsāṃ niḥśreyasodayaḥ /
tīvreṇa bhakti-yogena mano mayy arpitaṃ sthiram //

Verse 40. आत्मानं उभयायिनं _D._ The jiva who has to pass through (both the worlds) विश्वतोमुखं _D._ More important than any other (Omniscient.) 44. This is the only means of the highest bliss for men in this world that the mind should be firmly set on Me with intense devotion.
