/0 śrī-bhagavān uvāca
yogasya lakṣaṇaṃ vakṣye sabījasya nṛpātmaje /
mano yenaiva vidhinā prasannaṃ yāti sat-patham //

1. The Lord said:—O princess, I will (now) describe the nature of the yoga which has a basis to rest upon and by which method the mind becomes serene and gets into the right path.
