3.29.14

sa eva bhakti-yogākhya ātyantika udāhṛtaḥ /
yenātivrajya tri-guṇaṃ mad-bhāvāyopapadyate //

14. That alone is said to be the unfailing and final Bhakti yoga by which the soul is able to get out of the Samsara brought about by the three gunas and (thereby) becomes fit for attaining to My state.
