tāsv apatyāny ajanayad ātma-tulyāni sarvataḥ /
ekaikasyāṃ daśa daśa prakṛter vibubhūṣayā //
9. And by each of them He had ten sons who were all equal to Him in every respect, since He purposed to expand “Prakriti,” (since He wished by nature to assume various forms).
