sa vai viśva-sṛjāṃ garbho deva-karmātma-śaktimān /
vibabhājātmanātmānam ekadhā daśadhā tridhā //
7. That Purusha who is indeed the child (product) of the principles of creation and who is possessed of the powers of divine knowledge, activity and spirit, displayed himself as one (the spiritual principle), as ten (in the form of Prāṇa), and as three in (the Adhyātma and other forms).
