pulastyo 'janayat patnyām agastyaṃ ca havirbhuvi /
so 'nya-janmani dahrāgnir viśravāś ca mahā-tapāḥ //

36. By his wife Havirbhū, Pulastya had (a son called) Agastya who in his previous life was Agni (Fire) in the stomach and, also (another son) Visravas of great *Tapas*.
