4.17.24

tvaṃ khalv oṣadhi-bījāni prāk sṛṣṭāni svayambhuvā /
na muñcasy ātma-ruddhāni mām avajñāya manda-dhīḥ //

24. Thou dost not return the plants and seeds which were at first sown into thee by Brahma; and thou keepest them from growing, foolishly disregarding me.
