lupta-kriyāyāśucaye mānine bhinna-setave /
anicchann apy adāṃ bālāṃ śūdrāyevośatīṃ giram //

13. To this proud and impious person who has omitted to do his duties and violated the law I have reluctantly given my daughter like the sacred word (Vedas) (imparted) to a Śūdra.
