naṣṭa-śaucā mūḍha-dhiyo jaṭā-bhasmāsthi-dhāriṇaḥ /
viśantu śiva-dīkṣāyāṃ yatra daivaṃ surāsavam //

29. They shall not be pure in habits, shall have clouded judgments and wear matted locks, ashes and pieces of bone and enter upon the Saivite course of life, where wines (wine) shall be their god.
