tad brahma paramaṃ śuddhaṃ satāṃ vartma sanātanam /
vigarhya yāta pāṣaṇḍaṃ daivaṃ vo yatra bhūta-rāṭ //
32. It (the Veda) is the supreme Brahman destitute of defects and it is the eternal path of the pious and wise. Having condemned it, betake yourselves to the Pākhaṇḍa course, in which your Deity shall be the Lord of the Tāmasa Bhūtas.
