/0 śrī-bhagavān uvāca
eṣa te 'kārṣīd bhaṅgaṃ haya-medha-śatasya ha /
kṣamāpayata ātmānam amuṣya kṣantum arhasi //

2. The Lord said.—This Indra caused obstruction to thy hundred sacrifices. Thou wilt do well to excuse him who is making an apology to thee.
