kaccin naḥ kuśalaṃ nāthā indriyārthārtha-vedinām /
vyasanāvāpa etasmin patitānāṃ sva-karmabhiḥ //

13. O Lord, is there possibly any good to us who regard the objects of sense as the purpose of man and have by force of our own Karma fallen into this (Samsara) thickly sown with miseries?
