kandarpa iva saundarye manasvī mṛga-rāḍ iva /
vātsalye manuvan nṛṇāṃ prabhutve bhagavān ajaḥ //

61. He resembled Manmatha in beauty and was undaunted like the king of beasts; like Manu he was loving and in his lordship over men he was like the worshipful god Brahma.
