ātmārāmo 'pi yas tv asya loka-kalpasya rādhase /
śaktyā yukto vicarati ghorayā bhagavān bhavaḥ //

18. The worshipful God Siva who, delighted as he is in Atman, goes about with his formidable power (Sakti) for the purpose of maintaining the arrangement of this world (for the benefit of this world).
