4.24.43

śakti-traya-sametāya mīḍhuṣe 'haṅkṛtātmane /
ceta-ākūti-rūpāya namo vāco vibhūtaye //

43. I bow to Thee who art Rudra, the ruler of Ahankara, possessed of three forces as the doer, means and deed, who art Brahma the embodiment of wisdom and action and the (source of) extensive speech.
