etad rūpam anudhyeyam ātma-śuddhim abhīpsatām /
yad-bhakti-yogo 'bhayadaḥ sva-dharmam anutiṣṭhatām //
53. This form of the Lord should be contemplated by those who seek to purify their mind; for the yoga of devotion to it leads to the state of fearlessness those who do their own righteous duties.
