4.24.72

idam āha purāsmākaṃ bhagavān viśvasṛk-patiḥ /
bhṛgv-ādīnām ātmajānāṃ sisṛkṣuḥ saṃsisṛkṣatām //

72. In the beginning, the worshipful Brahma, foremost among the world's progenitors, intent upon creation taught this to us and to his sons (Bhrigu and others) who were also intensely thinking of creation.
