pitṛ-devarṣi-martyānāṃ bhūtānām ātmanaś ca ha /
kṣemyaṃ vadanti śaraṇaṃ bhave 'smin yad gṛhāśramaḥ //
40. The order of house-holder's life is spoken of as the safe
asylum in this Samsara of Pitris, the gods, Rishis, and men and other beings as well as one's own self.
