upayeme vīrya-paṇāṃ vaidarbhīṃ malayadhvajaḥ /
yudhi nirjitya rājanyān pāṇḍyaḥ para-purañjayaḥ //

29. Malayadhvaja, Pandya king, victorious over all his enemies’ cities, vanquished other princes in battle and married this princess of Vidarbha whose hand was offered as a prize of valour.
